摘要
在不同振动条件下注射成型玻纤增强聚丙烯 (GFRPP) ,并测试了试样的力学性能。结果表明 :与未振动试样相比 ,平行和垂直于流动方向上的拉伸强度和冲击强度都有提高 ,但冲击强度提高的幅度更大 ,最大可提高79 1%。除PP基体的晶体结构外 ,玻璃纤维的取向分布及界面结合的强度是影响其力学性能的主要原因。
Glass fiber reinforced PP (GFRPP) samples were injection moulded at different vibrating conditions, and the mechanical properties of the samples were tested at different vibrationThe results showed that the tensile strength and impact strength at parallel and vertical directions along the flowing direction were improved compared to original samples The increase of the impact strength was much higher than that of tensile strength, with the maximum of 791% Except for the crystalline structure of PP matrix, the orientation and distribution of glass fiber and the interfacial bond strength etc were the important factors for the increase of the mechanical properties
