摘要
对吸收稳定系统分离技术进行了改进,提出了新的节能工艺--二级冷凝及其与中间再沸器的混合工艺,并对新工艺及双塔流程常规工艺进行计算机模拟和分析。结果表明,二级冷凝和混合方案有双股进料的特点,且平衡罐前冷却负荷大幅度降低,比冷进料方案分别减少了57.8%、40.5%;具有减小冷热能量消耗、降低解吸气量、缓解塔内负荷的优点。
The progress of modified separation technique for absorption - stabilization system is presented, and a new energy- saving technology named second condensation and the technology combined second condensation and intermediate reboiler are proposed. By computer simulation of the new processes and the conventional two - tower processes, it is shown that the new ones share the character of the two - tower process with double feeding, and reduce the cold load before the surge tanks. Compared with the cold load before the surge tanks of cold feeding process, that of second condensation process and the combinative process decreases respectively by 57.8% and 40.5%. The new technologies reduce the energy consumption, the flux of desorption gas and the load in desorber.
