摘要
目的 :观察中药复方胃尔康对慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)大鼠血生长因子的影响。方法 :SD大鼠随机分为 4组 ,CAG单纯模型组、胃尔康高剂量组、胃尔康低剂量组均以酒精、去氧胆酸钠、氨水复合因素造模 ,连续 2 7周 ,正常组以生理盐水代替各种工具药 ;胃尔康高、低剂量组在造模的同时分别灌服 65 g/Kg/d、3 2 5g/Kg/d的胃尔康流浸膏 ,CAG单纯模型组在造模的同时灌服等容量的生理盐水。 2 7周后常规HE染色观察大鼠胃黏膜萎缩情况 ,放免法检测各组大鼠血清中表皮生长因子 (EGF)、转化生长因子 -α(TGF -α)、生长激素 (GH)、胰岛素样生长因子 -Ⅱ (IGF -Ⅱ )水平。结果 :CAG单纯模型组大鼠胃黏膜以中至重度萎缩为主 ,预防应用高、低剂量胃尔康后 ,大鼠胃黏膜萎缩程度明显减轻。CAG单纯模型组大鼠血清EGF、TGF -α水平较正常组明显升高 ,血清GH、IGF -Ⅱ水平较正常组大鼠明显降低 ;预防应用胃尔康后 ,高、低剂量组大鼠血清EGF、TGF -α水平较CAG单纯模型组明显下降 ,但血清GH、IGF -Ⅱ水平与单纯模型组比差异无显著性意义。结论 :中药胃尔康降低萎缩性胃炎大鼠血清EGF、TGF -α水平是其防治慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用机制之一。
Objective :To observe the effect of Weierkang on the growth factors in the rats with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods :SD rats were divided into 4 groups,the rats in the CAG model group,high dosage of Weierkang group and low dosage of Weierkang group were fed with alcohol,deoxychlioc acid Na,and ammonia,the process lasted 27 weeks,the rats in the normal group were fed with saline instead.In addition,the rats in the treatment group were fed with Weierkang at the dosage of 65g/Kg/d and 32 5g/Kg/d,the rats in the model were fed with saline,27 weeks later,with HE dyeing,the grade of gastric mucosa atrophy were estimated;with RIA,the amounts of plasma EGF,TGF α,GH,IGF Ⅱ were measured. Result :Rats gastric mucosa in the CAG model group showed moderate or severe atrophy,after preventive treatment with Weierkang,the grade of gastric mucosa atrophy were obviously lessening,compared with the normal group,the amounts of serum EGF,TGF α of the rats in the model group were obviously higher,the amounts of GH,IGF Ⅱ lower;after preventive treatment with different of dosage of Weierkang,compared with the model group,the amounts of plasma EGF,TGF α became always lower,but the amounts of serum GH,IGF Ⅱshowed no significance. Result :It may be one of the mechanisms in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with Weierkang that could lower the amounts of serum EGF,TGF α.
