摘要
目前,天然气长输管道工程采用 SCADA 系统监控是国内外此类工程的基本管理模式。广义的SCADA系统是一个多功能的运行管理与监控系统,它可以对管道运行全过程进行动态监视、控制、模拟、分析、预测、计划、调度和优化,可以对线路及设备状态进行诊断并采取相应的保护措施。文章以山东济南区某输气站站控SCADA系统为例,讲解了此类系统的一般设计过程。
It is the basic management mode at home and abroad to use SCADA system for monitoring and controlling long distance gas pipeline. Generalized SCADA system is an operation managing, monitoring and controlling system with multiple functions. It can dynamically monitor, control, simulate, analyze, predict, plan, dispatch and optimize the whole process of pipeline operation. It can diagnose the status of the pipeline and the facilities, and take the corresponding protective measures. Taking the station-controlled SCADA system of some gas transmission station in Jinan area of Shandong province as example, the general design process of SCADA system is explained.
