摘要
果肉型胡萝卜汁饮料 ,采用日本“新黑田五寸参”专用饮料加工品种和细胞破壁技术 ,最大限度保留了胡萝卜本身所富含的维生素A源———β胡萝卜素 ,通过一定工艺处理 ,解决了胡萝卜的原色保留、辛苦滋味和纤维木质素的沉降问题 ,并在不添加任何防腐剂、化学添加剂和稳定剂的情况下 ,使该饮料半年内不发生褪色。
Carrot pulp juice drink reserves vitamin root A carotene β into supreme limit while using a special assortment of carrot from Japan for drink process and cell walldividing technology.With a fixed technology the primary colors of carrot were reserves,a sharp flavor and fiber xylem element subsided.Without any preservative,additive and stabilizer the drink will not fade and resolve within six months.The National Science Committee approved the proposal as one of Xing Huo Projects.\;
