摘要
目的:在小鼠灌服氯化铝造成动物中毒模型的基础上,探讨纳络酮对铝中毒小鼠免疫功能的保护作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为3组,除对照组外其它两组制备动物铝中毒模型,再应用纳络酮对治疗组进行治疗,然后分别对各组进行腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和T、B淋巴细胞转化率测定。结果:铝中毒组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能及T、B淋巴细胞转化率均明显减低形成典型的铝中毒症状;治疗组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能及T、B淋巴细胞转化率明显升高;对照组无明显变化。结论:应用氯化铝可制备出典型的小鼠铝中毒模型;应用纳络酮对铝中毒小鼠进行治疗可产生明显的免疫损伤保护和改善作用。
