摘要
目的：探讨树舌中钾(K)、钙(Ca)、钠(Na)、镁(Mg)含量。方法：应用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定辽宁省产树舌中K、Ca、Na、Mg的含量。结果：辽宁产树舌中K、Ca、Na、Mg含量分别为(6．3856±0．9630)、(13．2718±3．3818)、(4．8948±4．4199)、(3．2466±0．4134)g／kg。结论：辽宁产树舌中含有丰富的K、Ca、Na、Mg，并首次测定出含有Na元素。
Objective:To study K,Ca,Na,Mg contents in Ganodorma lucidum.Methods:The contents of K,Ca,Na and Mg in Ganodorma lucidum produced in Liaoning Province were determined by FAAS.Results:The contents of K,Ca,Na and Mg were respectively 6.3856 ± 0.9630 , 13.2718 ± 3.3818 , 4.8948 ± 4.4199 and 3.2466 ± 0.4134 .Conclusion:There are rich K,Ca,Na and Mg in Ganodorma lucidum produced in Liaoning Province and Na is found for the first time.
