摘要 本文研究了49例原发性高血压患者的血小板超微结构和功能改变,观察了血小板的形态和内部结构变化,还在光镜下进行了血小板计数。研究结果表明:1.盘状血小板减少,伪足变形和聚集型血小板增多,血小板α颗粒和致密颗粒减少,管道系统扩张及增生。2.高血压血小板超微结构的变化与年龄及性别有关,高龄组及男性变化明显。3.高血压病早期即存在血小板结构和功能异常,且随着高血压病程而加重。 Changes of platelet ultrastructures and functions of 49 cases of essential hyperten-sion were studied with platelets counted under electronie microscope.The result showed:1.In the hypertension group platelets had various changes in morphological feature andinternal structures,including decrease of the plate-slzed platelets,increase of theshape changing pseudopodal extrusion and of aggregation type platelets,decrease ofgranules and dense bodies of the platelets,and dilatation and hyperplasia of the can-alicular system.2.The ultrastuctural changes of the platelets were related to the ageand sex of the hypertensive patients,changes of the elderly male group being apparent.3.In the early stage,there were various abnormalities in the ultrastructures and fun-ctions of the platelets in hypertensive patients.The abnormalities became more mark-ed with the increase of the duration of the hypertensive condition.
