摘要
采用水相悬浮聚合的方法合成了酰胺化大孔吸附树脂,并研究了它对胆红素的吸附性能。结果表明,酰胺化大孔吸附树脂对胆红素的体外吸附率受到单体、致孔剂、交联度、酰胺化试剂的影响。该类吸附剂对胆红素具有良好的吸附性能及血液相容性。
Amidated macroporous adsorption resin was prepared by suspension polymerization. The adsorp- tion properties of the resins for bilirubin were studied. The results showed that the adsorption percentage was affected by monomer, porous agents, crosslinking degree, amidating agents. Amidated resin showed good adsorption properties for bilirubin and had less influence on serum biochemical features.
