摘要
目的 探讨运用邻位局部皮瓣转移 ,修复组织缺损的最佳方案。方法 基于几何学和理论力学基础 ,遵循整形外科学原理 ,设计最佳的邻位局部皮瓣 ,转移修复因黑痣、瘢痕、体表肿瘤等切除后引起的皮肤软组织缺损。结果 因设计思维清晰 ,操作方便 ,手术成功 ,本组 32例患者 ,效果良好。结论 综合运用多学科知识 ,设计邻位局部皮瓣 ,转移修复皮肤缺损 ,可减少失误的发生 ,具有广泛的应用价值。
Objective To explore the best method of repairing wound with local skin flap. Methods Based on geometry, theoretical mechanics and the prinsiple of plastic surgery, local flaps were designed to repair the skin defects which were caused by removal of neavi, scars or body surface tumor, etc. Results The plans of the 32 cases in this group are clear in thoughts, and convenient for operation. The operations were successful and effective. Conclusion The prinsiples of geometry and mechanics are helpful for plastic surgeon to cope with the clinical problems flexibly and prevent mistakes.
