摘要
采用燃气轮机与柴油机交替使用的 CODOG 动力装置,既可以减轻重量,便于控制,又可以提高可靠性和经济性。该装置的柴油机及燃气轮机功率、转速及负载转换控制、自动同步离合器的动态性能指标等是影响舰船机动性和操纵性的重要因素。推导并建立了自动同步离合器的基于输入输出端扭矩和功率的统一型数学模型,在 Easy5 仿真平台上建立了柴燃联合动力装置的模块化仿真模型,并对其切换过程进行了仿真研究,从而为柴燃联合动力装置的设计提供理论依据和强有力的工具。
Combined diesel or gas turbine power plant is more economic and reliable than conventional power plant. The dynamic performance of Synchronous-Self-Shifting clutch is of great importance to the control on transmission of power, rotation speed and load. The uniform mathematical model of the transmission system is established based on the input and output torque, and the modular models of power plant on the Easy5 simulation platform are presented as well. The shifting process between diesel engine and gas turbine engine is simulated, which will provide reference for the design of combined diesel or gas turbine power plant.
