摘要
目的 探讨高频超声加水囊衬垫法在锤状指诊断中的应用价值。方法 对锤状指患者 5 5例及 30例正常人手指伸肌腱进行超声观察。结果 发现高频超声加水囊衬垫法比不加水囊者 ,能够更清晰地显示正常人手指伸肌腱 ,对锤状指患者具有一定声像图特点。结论 高频超声加水囊衬垫诊断手指伸肌腱断裂是一种简便、有效的辅助检查方法。
Objective To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of hammer fingers.Methods Thirty asymptomatic volunteers and fifty-five patients with hammer fingers were examined.Results High frequency ultrasound with water-cushion could display the tendens of the asymptomatic volunteers clearly than that of without water-cushion The images of hammer fingers had their own characteristics.Conclusions High frenquency ultrasound with water-cushion,is an efficient and easy method for evaluating the rupture of extensor tendons of phalanges.
