在工业Fe-Cu-K催化剂上F-T合成的研究

摘要 考察了操作变量(温度、压力、空速、进料H_2/CO比)对F-T合成的影响。结果表明,空速、温度对CO转化率影响显著,而总压及H_2/CO比对其影响很小。实验数据用非线性最小二乘法回归出宏观反应动力学参数。并对产物分布和变换反应(WGS)进行初步考察。 The effects of process variables (temperature, pressure, space velocity and H_2/ CO feed ratio) on the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis on a precipited Fe-Cu-K catalyst were studied in an internal recirculation reactor. The results showed that the effects of space velocity and temperature on catalytic productivity (X ca) were remarkable but those of the total pressure and H_2 + CO feed ratio were little. Macroscopic kinetics parameters were obtained by nonlinear regression of experimental data. product distributions and water-gas-shift reaction were also investigated.
