摘要 目的 检测非小细胞肺癌组织中α1-抗胰蛋白酶 (α1-AT)的表达,研究其与非小细胞肺癌发生、发展的关系。方法 应用免疫组化Envision法及图象分析技术定量检测 72例非小细胞肺癌组织中α1-AT的表达。结果 α1-AT阳性细胞胞浆平均吸光度 (单位面积内相对含量 )男性明显高于女性,两者有显著性差异(P<0. 01)。发病年龄及肿瘤部位与α1-AT表达强度无明显关系(P>0. 05)。I^II期非小细胞肺癌患者的α1 -AT表达明显高于III^IV期患者;细胞分化越低α1-AT表达也越低,中分化和高分化虽然差异不显著,但存在高分化表达趋势较强。结论 α1-AT可能与非小细胞肺癌分化程度呈正相关, 与肿瘤大小及临床分期呈负相关,即恶性程度愈高、临床分期愈差,α1-AT表达水平越低。因此, 检测α1-AT表达可能是用于判断肺癌恶性程度的有价值指标之一。 Objective To study the expression of α 1-AT in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC), and the relation of the expression to the pathological differentiation and clinical staging. Methods All 72 paraffin embedding samples of patients with NSCLC were studied. α 1-AT was detected by immunohistochemical Envision method. All data were analyzed. The pathological differentiation and clinical staging of the non-small cell carcinoma was studied comparatively. Results The immunohistochemical positive staining of α 1-AT in brown or dark brown was located in cytoplasm. There were significant differences within different pathological differentiation and clinical staging. The age and tumor position were not related with the expression level of α 1-AT. Conclusion α 1-AT is involved in the occurrence and development of NSCLC. Therefore, to detect α 1-AT might be useful to estimate the malignancy of NSCLC.
