摘要
用高频感应加热引上法生长出无解理、不开裂、光学均匀性好的 LaMgA_1(?):Nd^(3+)大单晶,测出了它的吸收光谱和荧光光谱,并且初步获得了57mJ/脉冲的激光输出。
Large sized crystals of LaMgAl_(11)O_(19):Nd^(3+)up to the dimensionsof 30×20×60mm with good optical homogeneity have been grown by theCzochralski technique.Absorption and fluorescence spectra have been measu-red on some samples,and a laser output of about 57mJ/pulse has beenobtained as well.
