摘要
振动消除宏观残余应力的机理目前在国内外尚未明确,根据大量的文献资料及柴油机机体振动消除残余应力的测试结果,提出了宏观残余应力平衡机理及振动消除残余应力的机理,并对振动消除残余应力作了动力学分析,认为振动时残余应力的释放与振动时间呈现指数关系,这一结果得到了试验的证实。
The mechanism of vibratory macroscopic residual stress relief is not clear at present.In this article,referring to a large number of reference materials and the test results of vibatoy stress relief for diesel engine matrix,the mechanism of macroscopic vesidual stress existence and vibratory macroscopic residual stress relief was put forward,and the mechanics of vibratory stress relief was analyzed.It is proposed in this paper that there is a relationship between vibratory time and relieving stress,which was verified by the test results.
