摘要
为了改进液粘测功机的性能,设计液粘测功机的电液控制系统时希望得到液粘测功机准确的数学模型.利用系统辨识方法研究了液粘测功机系统的动态特性,首先辨识出线性子系统的模型,然后考虑系统的非线性,采用二阶无记忆非线性增益的Hammerstein模型对线性辨识结果进行了校正,得到了液粘测功机系统动态特性的传递函数,并用试验数据加以验证.试验结果表明,辨识模型可以较好地表征液粘测功机系统的特性.
Hydro viscous dynamometer (HVD) is a key equipment used in the dynamic experiment on vehicle transmission and it's dynamic mathematic model is necessary for the improvement of electro-hydraulic control system of the HVD. An identification was performed to get the dynamic model of hydro viscous dynamometer on the basis of Hammerstein method. At first, a linear subsystem model was identified in the traditional way, then a second order memoryless Hammerstein model was applied to correct the linear subsystem model to coincide with the nonlinearity in real HVD. Thus, a whole dynamic model of HVD was finished. This method was proved by experiment result.
