摘要
21世纪是信息化社会，网络环境下如何发挥图书馆的作用，深化、拓展读者服务工作，向社会提供信息服务，是直接关系到图书馆生存命运的关键一环。
The 21st century is a society of information.How to give rein to the function of the library under the network circumstances,deepen and develop the service work to the readers and provide the information service to the community is the key link concerning directly with the existance of the libarary.
