摘要
研制了三种适合于不同器物表面的压敏胶残留物水基清洗剂。对压敏胶在常见器物表面的粘附性和残留量进行了比较试验,选择残留量较大的物质表面进行不同试剂对压敏胶残留物的清洗试验,运用L9(34)正交试验法确定清洗剂最佳配方。该水基清洗剂含水量在85%以上,可在1~2分钟之内洗去压敏胶残留物。清洗效果优于文献报道和市场上销售的产品。
In this paper, three water-based cleaner of pressure-sensitive adhesive waste for different surface are prepared, the adhesive ability and leftover capacity of pressure-sensitive adhesive in familiar object surface compared, the surface with relatively larger leftover capacity selected, cleaning experiment of pressure-sensitive adhesive waste to different reagents detected, and the optimal compositions of cleaner reagent selected by orthogonal design using L9(34)table. The capacity of water of the water-based cleaner is upwards 85%, and can clean pressure-sensitive adhesive waste in 1~2 minutes. The effect of cleaning is better than the products that are reported in literature and sold in market.
