摘要
目的了解金华市医疗人力资源状况。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,对全市医务人员进行抽样问卷调查,使用统一的调查问卷,由被调查者自己填写,并将调查对象各方面资料进行计算机统计分析。结果①学历层次偏低,乡(镇)卫生院医务人员大多为中专或大专学历,特别是经济欠发达地区;而县(市、区)级医院只有极少数硕士研究生,无博士研究生。②医疗职称不高,乡(镇)卫生院医务人员多为初级职称,基本无高级职称。结论急需培养高学历的中青年医学人才,加快浙中地区医疗中心的形成。通过成人教育的多种途径加快在职医务人员学历层次的提高;鼓励中、高级医务人员充实到基层医疗机构中去,提高基层医疗的技术水平。
Objective: To study the status of medical resources in Jinhua. Methods: By sampling survey method, an investigation was made by means of questionnaires to the whole city medical personnel, then statistically analyzes the information with the help of computer. Results: Firstly the academic degree is low. Most medical workers in township public health center are with a degree from school or a polytechnic college, especially in not well-developed economic areas. There are few with master degree, and none with doctor degree in county and distract hospital. Secondly the professional title is also low. Most of them only have junior professional titles instead of senior. Conclusion: To speed up the foundation of middle area medical centers of Zhejiang province. It is in badly need of training young and middle aged professionals by ways of adult education, to encourage them to strengthen the basic-level medical bodies and improve service.
