烟道气的冷凝传热与脱硫的实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 实验研究了锅炉烟气在轴流式塑料螺旋板空气预热器中的传热特性 .与圆管内和圆形套管内层流单相对流换热进行了比较 .具有烟气冷凝的对流换热研究反映冷凝换热与单相对流换热具有同等重要性 ,与纯蒸气冷凝换热有明显不同 ,也不同于湿空气去湿过程 .采用修正后的古典膜模型对烟气冷凝的计算与实验结果有较好的一致性 .伴随烟气冷凝 ,烟道气中所含 SO2 和 NOx 被冷凝液吸收 ,降低了有害气体浓度 . The heat transfer performance of the boiler gas in a plastic longitudinal flow spiral heat exchanger was investigated experimentally. The heat transfer performance without condensation was compared with convection heat transfer in circular tube and concentric-circular-tube annuli. The experiment results indicated that the convection heat transfer can not be neglected when occurrence of condensation in heat exchangers for flue gas. It was found the concentration of SO 2 and NO x were reduced when condensation existed.
