环氧化酶在肿瘤监测中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 环氧化酶(cyclooxygenase,COX)又称前列腺素内氧化酶还原酶,是一种双功能酶,具有环氧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性,是催化花生四烯酸转化为前列腺素的关键酶.研究发现,COX至少有COX-1(结构型)和COX-2(诱导型)两种同工酶.前者在多数组织细胞内呈稳定表达,主要参与机体各种生理功能的调节;后者在正常组织细胞中多不表达,生长因子、细胞因子和肿瘤促进剂可刺激其表达,参与多种生理、病理过程.大量资料表明,COX-2参与肿瘤形成,可能是通过促进细胞增殖和抑制细胞凋亡而实现的.
