摘要
本文采用了高速 ( 2 0 0× 10 3 r/min)整机动平衡技术。对金刚石砂轮装配后进行了整机动平衡研究 ,其平衡结果能使金刚石砂轮的整机振动减少 10倍以上 ,有效地提高了砂轮对工件磨削加工的表面质量 ,在精密磨削和超精磨削中(如半导体材料的磨削加工 )
Based on the mechanism of vibration sensor and photoelectric sensor, a high speed digital-display dynamic balancing apparatus is developed. Testing results on assembled diamond grinding wheel indicate that, this apparatus can remarkably correct the residuel unbalance and increase the balancing accuracy to 10 times, thus assure the diamond wheel an optimum working condition at high speed(200×10 3r/min).
