摘要
本文应用砂带磨削技术 ,设计了砂带磨轮磨削装置 ,从工件转速、磨削深度和轴向进给量对工件表面粗糙度的影响方面进行了实验研究 ,结果表明工件表面粗糙度可达 0 15~ 0 5 μm ,解决了不锈钢轴磨削中易烧伤的问题 ,并使车削和磨削在同一台车床上完成加工 ,提高了生产率 。
A device with abrasive belt and wheel of grinding is designed using abrasive belt grinding technique. The affects on workpiece surface brought by workpiece rotate speed, grinding depth and feed are studied in experiments. The results indicate that the workpiece surface roughness can achieve 0.15μm to 0.5μm. With this device, the problem that the stainless steel shaft is easy to be thermally damaged in grinding process can be overcome. The lathing and grinding process can also be finished on one lathe. A new way for lathe improving is provided and high efficiency is realized.
