摘要 根据对真空断路器运动原理的分析,建立了126kV真空断路器的动力学模型。提出了一种新的方法来设计真空断路器产品的运动特性,该方法利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立真空断路器产品的虚拟样机模型,对真空断路器的分、合闸过程进行仿真分析,通过对样机模型结构和力学等参数的修改,最终实现产品的优化设计。仿真结果也验证了该方法的有效性。 According to the analysis of moving principle of vacuum circuit breaker(VCB), the mathematical model of 126kV VCB has been set up. A new method to design the moving characteristics of VCB is proposed. It is novel to construct the virtual prototype of 126kV VCB based on multi-body software ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System), and simulation analysis is carried out for the breaking and closing process of the vacuum circuit breaker. The realization of optimal design has been obtained through the modification of structural and mechanical parameters. Simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach.
