回弹法测强在预应力钢筒混凝土管道中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 结合山西省万家寨引黄工程3m管道生产,对回弹法在预应力钢筒混凝土压力管道中的应用进行了分析,并对回弹法进行了尝识性的应用。经综合对比分析,解决了工程中的实际问题,同时证明回弹法可以用于管道混凝土强度的检测。生产企业如能建立使用范围内的专用测强曲线或可靠的修正系数,将会使应用更加方便可靠。 In this paper,the analysis of applicability for testing concrete compressive strength of PCCP by rebound hardness value way was done in combining with 3 m pipe production used in Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project in Shanxi Province,and subsequently the way was trial applied.Through the integrating contrast and analysis,the practical problems in engineering are solved,and at the same time,the rebound hardness value way has been proved that it can be used in testing concrete compressive stregth of PCCP.If the pipe manufactories could set up the special testing compressive strength curve or reliable revised coefficients in applying scope for themselves,the application of this rebound hardness value way can be more convenient and reliable.
