气相法合成碳酸二甲酯Pd-Cu/C催化剂失活及再生研究 被引量:2

Study on Deactivation and Regeneration of Pd-Cu/C Catalyst in the Synthesis of Dimethyl Carbonate by Gas-Phase Reaction

摘要 对气相羰化法合成碳酸二甲酯反应过程中失活前后催化剂性质进行了对比分析,得出Pd Cu/C双金属催化剂失活的原因是:Pd的迁移,氯离子的流失和催化剂表面吸附大分子物质。研究了反应过程中催化剂上氯离子的变化规律,探讨了反应过程中催化作用机理。 The characteristics of fresh and deactivated catalyst used in the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate were analyzed. It is revealed that the reasons for the deactivation of Pd-Cu/C catalyst were the inner migration of Pd, the loss of chlorine and the adsorption of large molecules. The changing of chloride anion concentration on catalyst was investigated. The catalysis mechanism was tentatively put forward.
