摘要
通过刚果红法、热烘法、加速紫外老化试验研究了合成的钙锌复合稳定剂在硬质PVC中的热稳定性和耐候性,研究了钙锌皂质量比对稳定性能的影响,并与几种进口的热稳定剂作比较。结果表明,合成的钙锌复合稳定剂钙锌皂较合适的质量比为6∶4;195℃下其刚果红变色时间为27min,400h加速紫外老化后拉伸强度和伸长率保持率分别为85.7%和75%,用于硬质PVC中综合稳定性能较好。
The heat stability and weather resistance of the synthetic Ca-Zn composite heat stabilizer in the rigid PVC were tested by Congo red method, heat method and accelerated aging method. The effect of mass ratio of calcium soap to zinc soap in the Ca-Zn heat stabilizer on heat stability was studied and its properties were compared with some heat stabilizers from abroad. Results show that the proper mass ratio of calcium soap to zinc soap is 6∶4 and Congo red stable time of Ca-Zn composite heat stabilizer in the rigid PVC at 195℃ is 27min. The tensile strength and elongation at break keep still 85.7 and 75 percentage after 400hours accelerated aging respectively. The stability of the synthetic Ca-Zn composite heat stabilizer in the rigid PVC is better.
