国企改革要置换产权和职工身份 ,隐性和显性的不稳定因素随之而来。
The reform on state-owned enterprises requires to exchange the position of owner ship and workers' staff.Then there come overt and covert dynamic factors.Active prevention and resolute disposition can eradicate these unsteady factors resolut ely.
