摘要
本文分析了焦炭粒度变化的原因,论述了焦炭粒度对硅铁生产的影响,提出了控制焦炭平均粒度的方法,使75％硅铁生产稳定,单位电耗降到8300—8000kWh/t。
The reason for coke size changing is analysed,the effect of coke size on ferrosilicon production is stated and the method of controlling average size of coke is presented.As a result,the production of 75%FeSi is steady,unit consumption of electricity is decreased to 8300-8000kWh/t.
