摘要
通过实证研究 ,探讨员工价值取向与不同团体 (内团体、外团体 )的相互作用及其对团体成员分配偏好的影响 .结果表明 ,集体取向组和高家族取向组成员在不同团体中分配偏好的差异较明显 ,在内团体中趋向平均分配 ,在外团体中趋向公平分配 .
The relationship between the value orientation of employee and employee groups ( inner group and outer group) was discussed in this paper. The effect of the rela tionship on the allocation preferences was then investigated. The results indica te that, in different groups, there is a great difference in allocation preferen ces between the collective orientation staff and familial orientation staff. In the inner group, there tends to an average apportion, while in the outer group, there tends to a fair apportion.
