摘要
在持续深入的社会转型所引发的社会变迁面前,高等教育领域也发生了深刻的变化,长期隐蔽着的学生权力问题正逐渐突显出来。从"公民"的角度、从市场的角度可以帮助我们更好地把握高校学生权力的内涵。而通过提高教师和学校管理人员的法律意识和法律知识水平,建立尊重学生权力的学校管理制度,加快高等教育法律、法规建设,加强组织机构建设等,可以系统地维护和保障学生权力。
Amid the profound social changes caused by continuous social transition, higher education is also undergoing significant changes. The problem of student rights, which has been implicit for a long time, is becoming increasingly explicit. We can have a better understanding of the student rights issue from the perspectives of citizenship and market. Student rights can be protected and insured systematically through a series of measures, including raising the legal consciousness of the staff, establishing a system protecting student rights, accelerating the construction of education laws and regulations, etc.
