摘要
信息产业迅速崛起并已成为世界经济的重要支柱。美国的信息产业已成为超过汽车业和建筑业的第一大产业。在信息产业蓬勃发展的过程中 ,电子商务正在以其交易方式迅速、成本低廉的优势日益显示出它强大的生命力和广阔的发展前景。同时根据中国具体情况 ,探讨符合中国国情的电子商务发展道路。同时结合中国电子商务发展的具体情况 ,分析了我国发展电子商务的意义与制约因素 ,并在此基础上 ,通过研究上海旅游信息网和中国商品交易市场的实例 ,提出中国电子商务发展的根本在于紧密结合中国国情 ,充分调动政府、企事业、信息服务业等的有利因素 ,加大政府的支持力度 ,在高新技术的带动下 。
The Information Industry has grown up rapidly and become the main part of workd economics. In America, it has become the prevailing industry before automobile and construction. Amongst the fast development of information Industry, with its advantage of fast transaction and low cost , the Electronic Commerce is proposed to thrive in the near future. This thesis essays to summarize the common laws of the development of EC, and tries to find the most appropriate way for China io develop its Electronic Commerce. It also analyses the significance and main obstacles to China's EC development. On the basis of all the above . and with the study of the cases of Shanghai International Information Net of Tourism and China National Commodity Exchange Center, this thesis draws the conclusion that the key to China's EC development is to combine the country's situation with the common rules of EC, and develop the Electronic.Commerce as fast as possible.
