摘要
用马来酸酐 (MAH)熔融接枝低密度聚乙烯 (LDPE)和乙丙橡胶 (EPR)改善了LDPE、EPR与基体PA— 6 6的相容性 ,继而大幅度地提高了PA— 6 6的冲击强度 .当共混物中EPR—g—MAH为 9% ,PE—g—MAH为 30 %时 ,共混材料的冲击强度是PA— 6 6的 3.35倍 ,成本降低约 1 5% .
Maleicanhydride grafted with LDPE and EPR wad studied.The compatibility Between PA-66 and PE-EPR aould be improved by (PE/EPR)-g-MAH.The impact strength of PA-66 blends could be increased apparently.The impact strength of blends is three times than That of PA-66.The cost cost was reduced 15%.
