摘要 选用蝙蝠蛾拟青霉人工发酵培养物(简称PHC),采用^(125)IUdR释放法和B淋巴细胞酵母多糖补体成环法(简称 ZAC),分别观察不同浓度的PHC对同种异体植皮鼠,在植皮后不同时间免疫功能的变化。结果表明:100%、200%PHC 显著抑制脾T淋巴细胞转化反应和NK细胞活性;白细胞介素2(IL-2)诱生液能显著解除这种抑制作用。实验浓度的PHC对ZAC无显著性影响。提示:PHC是一种免疫抑制剂,可能通过减少IL-2而选择性抑制T淋巴细胞系统。 This paper presents a report of our studies on an artificial fermative substance of peaclomyce hepiali chen (PHC). Using skin allograft mice as an experimental model and the 125I-UdR release, the rate of zymosan-antibody-complement rosettes. (ZAC) was employed to assess the mice immunologic function. It was found that the T lymphocyte transformation caused by con A and the splenic NK activity were markedly inhibited by 100%, 200% PHC, and IL-2 solution could significantly stop this inhibition. Experimental concentration of PHC exerted no obvious effect on the rate of ZAC, suggesting that PHC may serve as an immunosuppressor which can suppress selectively the T lymphocyte system through reducing IL-2 production.
