摘要
目的 :建立用反相高效液相色谱 (RP HPLC)测定枳壳不同炮制品中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷含量的方法。方法 :采用色谱柱为HypersilC1 8柱 (2 0 0mm× 4 6mm ,5μm) ;流动相为乙腈 磷酸水 (pH =3) (1 9∶81 ) ;检测波长 :2 83nm ;流速 :1 0mL/min ;柱温 :30℃。结果 :柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的线性范围分别为 0 1 597~ 0 9581 μg和 0 1 594~ 0 956 2 μg ,柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的平均回收率分别为 1 0 1 62 %和 1 0 3 1 2 %结论 :不同枳壳炮制方法对柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量影响较大 ,RP HPLC测定枳壳炮制后柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量 ,不仅操作简便、准确 。
Objective: To establish the determining the quantity of nar ngin and ne ohesperindin in diffirent Fructus Aurantii, process drugs. Method: Naringin and neohesperindin were separated on a Hypersil C 18 column with acetonitrile- H 3PO 4(v olume ratio of 19:81) as the mobile phase and detected at 283nm. The flow rate w as 1.0 ml/min .The column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Result :The calibrati on c urves were linear in the ranges of 0.159 7~0.958 1 μg and 0.159 4~0.956 2 μ g for naringin and neohesperindin ,the average recoveries were 101.62% for nar i ngin and 103.12% for nephesoerindin . Conclusion: Determining the quantity of na ringin and neohesperindin on diffirent Fructus Aurantii, process drugs is rather big. The method by RP-HPLC is simple ,accurate and recurrent.
