摘要 通过傅立叶红外光谱、广角X-射线衍射和热分析等测试手段,研究了国产牛奶丝的化学组成、结晶结构和热行为。研究结果表明,国产牛奶丝是酪素蛋白和PAN(聚丙烯睛)的共混物,其结晶结构与PAN纤维相似,它的热稳定性和吸湿性介于酪素和PAN纤维之间。 This paper studied the chemical composition; crystallization structure and thermo-properties of domestic milk fibers using the testing methods of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, wide-angle X-ray diffraction and thermal analysis. The research results suggested that the domestic milk fiber is a mixture of casein and PAN (polyacrylonitrile), whose crystallization structure is similar to that of PAN fiber, and the thermo-stability and hygroscopicity is between casein and PAN fiber.
