摘要
对含一氯均三嗪和乙烯砜双活性基的环保型染料--SDE型活性染料在棉针织物上的染色性能进行研究,讨论了染色工艺、不同碱剂及其用量、固色温度和时间、盐量、浴比等因素对染色性能的影响。并通过测试SDE型活性染料及其他部分活性染料的特征值S、E、R、F,评价染料间的配伍性。结论是:SDE型性染料可采用盐、碱一次加入工艺,染色重现性好,适宜拼染深浓色泽,但对温度较敏感,染色时应严格控制温度。
This paper studied the dyeing properties to cotton knitted fabrics of SDE Type environment-friendly reactive dye containing monochlorotriazine and vinylsulfone, and discussed the influences of different dyeing technology, different alkali and its amount, different fixing temperature and time, different amount of salt and different bath ratios on the dyeing effect. In addition, the compatibility between different dyes was evaluated according to the tested characteristic values S, E, R and F of the SDE Type reactive dye and other kinds of reactive dyes. It was concluded that the salt and alkali can be applied at the same time in dyeing process of the SDE Type reactive dye. which bears a good dyeing repeatability and is suitable for combination dyeing of dark and dense color, but very sensitive to dyeing temperature which should be controlled strictly.
