摘要
对Fe3Al/18-8钢扩散焊界面附近元素的分布进行计算并通过电子探针(EPMA)进行实验测定,结果表明,界面附近靠近18-8钢一侧,其Al,Ni元素的计算值和实测值有所差别,Fe,Cr元素分布的计算值和实测值较为接近.加热温度1333 K时,Cr元素在Fe3Al/18-8钢界面附近扩散距离增加至80 μm,Ni元素扩散距离增加至140 μm.Fe3Al/18-8钢扩散焊界面过渡区宽度为x2=7.5×102exp(-75.2/RT)(t-t0).在一定加热温度下,保温时间超过60 min以后界面过渡区宽度不再明显增加.
The distributions of elements near the Fe(3)AI/steel 18-8 diffusion bonding interface were calculated and measured by means of EPMA. The test results indicate that the contents of Al and Ni on 18-8 steel side near the interface exist some differences between the calculated and measured values, but the calculated values of Fe and Cr are similar to the measured values. The diffusion distance of Cr element increased to 80 mu m near the Fe(3)AI/steel 18-8 interface and that of Ni element increased to 140 mu m at 1333 K. The width of diffusion transition zone at the Fe(3)AI/steel 18-8 interface follows an equation of x(2) =7.5 x 10(2) exp(-75.2/RT)(t - t(0)). Under the condition of certain heating temperature, the width of the interface transition zone is not increased obviously when the holding time is longer than 60 min.
