摘要
用铜模铸造法制备出直径为2.5 mm的多组元Ti53Cu15Ni18.5Al7M3Si3B0.5(M=Zr,Hf,Sc)金属玻璃棒材.DSC和压缩应力应变测试结果表明:合金具有较高的热稳定性和优异的力学性能.其中Ti53Cu15Ni18.5Al7Zr3Si3B0.5合金的Tg,Tx和△Tx分别为703,765和62 K;Ti53Cu15Ni18.5Al7Sc3Si3B0.5合金压缩断裂强度高达2325 MPa,压缩变形量达1.6%,Young'S模量118 GPa.
A new kind of Ti-based bulk glassy alloys, Ti53Cu15Ni18.5Al7M3Si3B0.5(M=Zr, Hf, Sc), with high glass-forming ability and good mechanical properties were obtained by conventional copper mold casting method. Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and mechanism properties results show that the metallic glass is of high thermal stability and compressive strength. Tg, Tx and △TX of Ti53Cu15Ni18.5Al7Zr3Si3B0.5 alloy are 703, 765 and 62 K, respectively. The compressive strength of the Ti53Cu15Ni18.5Al7Sc3Si3B0.5 alloy is up to 2325 MPa. The plastic (serration) strain and Young's modulus under compressive condition are 1.6% and 118 GPa, respectively.
