高含铁量聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS)絮凝剂性能及影响因素分析 被引量:14

摘要 以符合国家标准的聚合硫酸铁为直接原料,采用复合法制备了含铁量高的无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS),并探讨了Si/Fe摩尔比、聚合温度、聚合时间等因素对其絮凝性能的影响。结果表明:当Si/Fe比为1∶20、聚合温度为40℃、聚合时间为1 h时,制得絮凝剂与改性前的聚合硫酸铁及Fe2(SO4)3相比,具有投加量少(40μL/L)、适应pH范围广(6.0~12.0)、稳定性好、絮凝性能更优异的特点。并根据实验结果对高含铁量PFSS絮凝性能的影响因素进行了分析。 Inorganic high polymer flocculant polyferric silicate sulfate(PFSS)with high ferric concentration was prepared by composite method with poly-ferric sulfate as direct material which conforms national standards and, in the paper is probed into the influence of mole ratio, polymerization temperature, polymerization time etc.factors on flocculation performance. It was showed that when Si/Fe being 1:20, polymerization temperature, 40℃; polymerization time, 1h, the flocculant prepared had the advantages of less dosage(40μL/L),wider pH suitable range(6.0~12.0),better stability and much excellent flocculation performance in comparison with polyferric sulfate before modification. And according to the experimental results,the affecting factors of the flocculating performance of PFSS flocculant with high ferric concentration were analysed.
