摘要 分析了中国移动市场现状和顾客行为分析中的问题 ,结合K means算法和顾客行为细分方法 ,提出基于K means算法的中国移动市场动态顾客行为细分模型 ,并结合具体案例 ,进行了实证研究。 Aiming at the problems of Chinese mobile market and consumer behavior, integrating the K means arithmetic and methods segmentation of consumer behavior, this paper put forward the consumer behavior model of Chinese mobile market based on K means arithmetic. An experimental study was carried out for this strategy.
