This paper introduces the raw materials and their functions in hot melt vehicle lamps adhesive, which provided a reference for raw material choosing of hot melt adhesives. The preparations of hot melt adhesives, especially the characteristics required for the vehicle lamp producers, were also described. By choosing proper raw materials and their proportions, the product with excellent properties was obtained, and it has a good market prospect.
