摘要
研究了含结晶水无机物和乙炔炭黑(CB)填充聚合物复合材料的吸波性能。结果表明,单纯填充含结晶水无机物的复合材料不具有吸波性能,填充CB的复合材料有良好的吸波性能;结晶水无机物和CB混合填充的复合材料的吸波性能优于单纯由CB填充的复合材料,在该复合材料中,结晶水无机物的含量影响材料的吸波性能;水合氧化铝(Al2O3.3H2O)和CB混合填充的复合材料的最大吸收衰减可达21.87dB。
The microwave-absorbing property of polymer filled with inorganic substance with crystal water and carbon black was examined. The results show that the composites filled with inorganic substance with crystal water hav′t the ability of absorbing property and the composites filled with CB have good absorbing property. The composites filled with both CB and inorganic substance with crystal water have better absorbing property than the composites filled with CB. The quantity of inorganic substance with crystal water has an effect on absorptive ability. The maximum absorption quantity of PVC/CB/Al_2O_3·3H_2O(100/20/100) reaches (21.87) dB.
