摘要
对芳纶帘子线加捻和浸胶前后的力学性能进行了分析,分析结果表明,适当的加捻可以提高芳纶帘子线的拉伸强度。芳纶帘子线浸胶处理会降低其强度和扯断伸长率,增加其定负荷伸长,增粘处理后的芳纶帘子线扯断强度服从正态总体分布N(247.02,13.392)。
In this paper, the soaking technology of aramid cord fabric was introduced in detail. The mechanical properties of aramid cord filament before and after twisting and soaking were analyzed. The results indicate that the tensile strength and fatigue performance of aramid cord filament can be improved through properly twisting, and the soaking of aramid cord can reduce its strength and elongation at break and increase its elongation at specified load. The tensile strength at break of aramid cord filament after soaking satisfies the normal population distribution N((247.02), 13.93~2).
