摘要
针对目前雷管脚线合股剥皮机半自动控制的情况,研究雷管脚线合股剥皮机的全自动控制。控制系统通过软件节省 L297 芯片,直接用 AT89C51 控制 L298 芯片,实现了对多台步进电机的同时控制,降低成本,提高性能;用程序调整电机平滑启动、停止和失调角度补偿,保证电机精确运行;用户可以通过键盘任意调节步进电机的旋转速度、方向和运行周期;并配有 LED 显示器。该机器运行性能可靠,很好地将电能与机械能结合在一起,成本低,效率高,节省了人力资源,满足现代生产的要求。
In view of the situation of semi-automatic control of detonator wring-thread-machine at present, this text has studied and realized whole automatic control. Control system of detonator wring-thread-machine is to save L297 chip through software and use AT89C51 to control L298 chip directly, which has realized the control of many stepping motors at the same time. It has low cost and perfect performance; by adjusting procedure, motor can start, stop and compensate angle maladjustment smoothly, which guarantees motor runs accurately; Users can regulate speed of rotation, direction and operation cycle of stepping motor through keyboard; And it is furnished with LED display. This machine’s operation performance is reliable and it combines electric energy with mechanical energy, with low costs, with high efficiency, saving manpower resources, meeting requests of modern production.
