HBcAg生物学特性研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 HBcAg存在于Dane颗粒的核心,是HBV的结构蛋白即病毒核壳蛋白,具有重要的生物学特性和临床病理意义. HBcAg由HBV基因组的C开放读码区(ORFI)编码,具有高度免疫原性,对HBcAg的免疫应答在病毒清除中有重要作用.血清HBcAg阳性可提供肝内HBV合成的信息,是病毒存在的直接标志.HBcAg感染的肝细胞是细胞免疫效应攻击的靶细胞,肝细胞溶解后HBcAg可直接释放入血,故能直接反映肝细胞损害和病情进展的程度.检测肝组织HBcAg 有助于确定乙型肝炎病原学诊断和评估肝细胞坏死炎性活动的程度及病变发展的趋向,推测慢性乙型肝炎的预后.血清和肝组织HBcAg检测具有多种实用价值,值得推荐.
