摘要
知识经济条件下,知识已成为第一生产要素,企业就是知识一体化的组织。在对知识分工与协作必要性进行分析的基础上,对虚拟企业的知识分工协作进行了深入的研究,提出并建立了虚拟企业的知识分工协作运作模型。
The fact that knowledge is the first production element and the corporation is a knowledge tissue is becoming true more and more today.After analyzing the necessity of the separation and coordination of knowledge,this article studies the virtual corporation from this angle deeply and expounds that the structure of the virtual corporation is beneficial to separation and coordination of the knowledge. The article founds the run model of the separation and coordination of knowledge of the virtual corporation finally.
