摘要
详细分析了刷轮式苗盘精播装置排种过程中种子的运动;提出了种子靠自重顺利排出的条件;确定了影响刷轮式苗盘精播装置排种质量的因素,即与固定排种板型孔的直径、种子的尺寸和活动型孔板的移动速度有关,与活动型孔板的型孔直径无关;并优化设计了刷轮式苗盘精播装置中排种板型孔直径。经实验验证,种子可靠自身质重顺利排出,落入苗盘的种坑内,保证了播种质量。
The seed motion in the process of seed discharging is analyzed in particular and the conditions for seed to be properly discharged by gravity are proposed. Under these conditions, factors affecting seed discharging are determined. These factors include the hole diameter on fixed seed discharging board, the size of seed, the hole diameter on active board and the moving speed of active board. Analytical results showed that all the factors except the hole diameter on active board affected the seeding quality sign ificantly. The hole diameter on fixed seed discharging board was then optimized. Experimental results have shown that the precision seeding device with brush wheels functions well in discharging seeds into the seed cells on the seeding-tray by gravity.
