摘要
首先介绍了现代企业管理中质量管理的一种重要手段——统计质量控制(SQC).SQC在质量控制图的基础上,运用数理统计的方法使质量控制数量化和科学化,从而有效预防不合格产品的产生和控制工序质量.在叙述了SQC的基本原理和方法之后,用一个简单实例——一种有孔零件的生产,演示了SQC在工序中的应用.最后介绍了国内外近年来在SQC/SPC方面的发展方向.
Statistical Quality Control (SQC), one of the important methods in quality management in modern management of enterprises, is introduced. Based on control chart, SQC makes quality control digitalized and scientific by using statistical methods, avoiding irregular products and controlling process quality. After presenting the basic principle and methods, we demonstrate the application of SQC in process monitoring and control with a simple example-production of a kind of components with a hole. And the status in SQC/SPC research in recent years, along with the characteristics and directions of the development of SQC/SPC, was discussed.
